Afternoon Snack: YouTube cook Hilah Cooking was bummed to learn this week that Chick-Fil-A president Jim Cathy opposes gay marriage (the fast-food chain gave $1.7 million to anti-gay groups in 2009 alone).

So Hilah whipped up a quick video that shows us how to make the chain’s fried chicken sandwich at home — with ”less sugar, less salt, and less funding for anti-human-equality organizations.”

She calls it the Chick-Fil-Gay.
