This Christmas we were playing a game of charades, with each card of a different difficulty. Blue being the easiest, orange being that little bit more difficult, and red being the hardest. I, of course, being the actor of the family got given a red card. What they didn’t count on was also the fact that I am the lesbian of the family, thus finding having to mime the action “Plugging a leaking dyke with your finger” ridiculously ironic. Needless to say, I lost that round due to a swift bout of embarrassment … and a fit of the giggles.
